Empower my voice is a programme of activities and resources for young people and staff within your organisation that aims to embed and support with your organisations anti-racist agenda. The programme comes as a whole package and has four distinct parts. Contact us for enquiries.

Part 1

Part 1: The Focus Group

We will run a focus group with the young people within your organisation to gather information on issues faced in the organisation, and to give us some form of initial measurements, this allows us to ensure the programme is responding to the bespoke needs of your organisation

Part 2

Part 2: The Workshops

Our workshop lead and team will deliver six distinct workshops to your young people designed to promote resilience, confidence and to empower the voices of your young people.

Part 3

Part 3: The CPD Training

Our CPD leads will deliver Anti-racist CPD training to staff within your organisation. The contents of this will be in response to information learnt through parts 1 and 2.

Part 4

Part 4: The Resources

We will ensure you and your young people a supported throughout and after taking part in the programme. You will have access to:

· Anti-racist bite size videos and sound bites

· Lesson plans

· Your young people will receive a workbook after completing the workshops

· Your young people will also receive inspirational postcards from us half termly
